Syracuse outfit The Vanderbuilts have just released a new song and video, “I Wish I Was A Saber Toothed Tiger.”

The music video by Sessa Lund uses a combination of stop-motion and photographs from lead singer Sam Kogon’s taxidermy collection.

The song, available for free at http://thevanderbuilts.com sound a bit like the Talking Heads, a bit like Andrew Bird. Check it out, and keep an eye out for the upcoming Vanderbuilts LP.
