The Civic Lab of Northwest Arkansas will host a listening party on Dec. 8, at 2 p.m. This event will be centered around the topic of public transportation in Northwest Arkansas and what the future may hold for those needs. The NWA Civic Lab is a year-long program dedicated to exploring the civic issues that face Northwest Arkansas.

At the end of the year the theatre puts on a play of the project’s creation; audiences that attend will be encouraged to go to events that are also related to topics seen in the play. These events will be things such as community conversation, meant to steer the audience towards the developments of the play.

Arts Center of the Ozarks is located at 214 S Main St in Springdale. The event is free and open to the public. Artists Laboratory Theatre is a social practice company that uses specific sites in order to create unique performances, exploring the themes that shape the communities of Northwest Arkansas.
