Folk musician Joe Crookston will perform an after-hours concert on Friday, February 16 in the Fayetteville Public Library’s Walker Community Room. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the concert starts at 7 p.m. The concert is free and open to the public.

Crookston’s career in music has spanned decades. He has released four albums, including “Able Baker Charlie & Dog,” which was awarded Album of the Year by Folk Alliance International. Crookston has also played at a number of leading music festivals, including the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival, the Philadelphia Folk Festival and the Fayetteville Roots Festival. His music focuses on universal stories and his concerts are a celebration of humanity.
