Fayetteville-based Good Fear debuts album at RSD19
Record Store Day promises event-exclusive vinyl presses and material, and one Fayetteville-based band is just in time for this year’s event.
Good Fear’s first full-length vinyl will be released on April 10. The album, which was recorded over a three-year period, will be available in most local record stores on Record Store Day on April 13. It will also be available online through Max Recordings and digital music stores, according to a press release. The physical album will come with a free digital download card, but the band recommends the vinyl version for “superior sound and listening experience,” according to a press release.
“The Good Fear return with a set that sees the band brilliantly stretching the idea of alternative. Tendrils of sonic country mix with nuanced rock and roll for a memorable effect. And the tradeoff songwriting between Holland and Gill has never sounded stronger,” according to a statement from Max Recordings.
Good Fear is Zach Holland on vocals and guitar; Dustin Bartholomew on piano, vocals, and guitar; Todd Gill on vocals and guitar; Bryan Brown on bass; and Damon Singleton on drums.
